Terms of use for clients
GetOffert.com is an intermediary platform of SysTec Analytics Ltd. The following terms govern use by clients, in particular owners and property managers.

Version of 30 May 2026. The current version published on the platform at any given time is authoritative.
Role of GetOffert
GetOffert supports the structured solicitation, comparison and documentation of service provider offers. The platform brokers between client and service provider; the contract for work is concluded exclusively between these two. GetOffert does not replace the client's own examination or decision.
Obligations of the client
The client provides its request data accurately and completely and ensures that it is entitled to award the contract and that no third-party rights stand in the way. Before concluding a contract for work, it examines the suitability of the selected service provider on its own responsibility. Insofar as a client acts as a consumer, the mandatory consumer protection provisions take precedence.
No payment handling via the platform
Remuneration for the commissioned service is paid directly between the client and the service provider, unless expressly agreed otherwise. The provider is not a party to the contract for work and assumes no guarantee for the performance, quality or freedom from defects of the brokered service.
