Status of the information

Controller
The controller within the meaning of the GDPR is SysTec Analytics Ltd, 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. Contact for data protection matters: support@systecanalytics.com, phone +44 20 8159 6063.
Roles and data flows on the intermediary platform
The company is the controller for the processing of data from registration, platform operation, contract handling, billing and support. When a client submits a request, the data required to handle it is transmitted to the selected or proposed service providers so that they can prepare an offer. The service provider then processes this data under its own data protection responsibility.
Categories of personal data
Depending on use, the following may be processed: • Registration and account data (name, email, role, password in encrypted form) • Clients' request data (service description, location, contact details, uploaded documents) • Service providers' profile and offer data (company name, address, trade data, offers) • Contract and billing data • Server and usage data (IP address, time of access, technical log data)
Purposes and legal bases
The processing serves to provide the platform, perform the user agreement, broker between clients and service providers, handle billing, ensure the security of the system and fulfil legal obligations. Depending on the situation, the legal bases are Art. 6(1)(b) (contract and pre-contractual measures), (c) (legal obligation), (f) (legitimate interest) and (a) (consent) GDPR.
Data home Germany and hosting
The platform is operated on servers located within the Federal Republic of Germany. It uses the infrastructure of Hetzner Online GmbH with data centre locations in Falkenstein and Nürnberg. No transfer of personal data to third countries outside the European Economic Area takes place in the course of operating the platform. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the infrastructure provider.
Recipients and processors
Recipients of request data are the respective selected or proposed service providers. Otherwise, data is only passed on to third parties insofar as this is necessary for the stated purposes, a legal obligation exists or consent has been given. Where the company uses service providers that process data on its behalf, this is done on the basis of a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
No sale of personal data
The company does not sell personal data. Data of clients and service providers is neither sold, rented nor made available to third parties for their advertising purposes, whether individually or in aggregated form.
Retention period and erasure
Personal data is only stored for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes or for as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Request data without a subsequent conclusion of a contract is erased after an appropriate period. Usage and contract data is erased or processed in a restricted manner after termination of the user agreement, subject to statutory retention obligations.
Rights of the data subject
Within the statutory requirements, data subjects have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and the right to object (Art. 21 GDPR), as well as the right to withdraw consent with effect for the future. There is also a right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
Cookies and reach measurement
The website uses technically necessary cookies on the basis of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR in conjunction with the TDDDG. Non-essential cookies are set exclusively after prior, explicit consent; consent can be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
