Terms of use for providers
GetOffert.com is an intermediary platform of SysTec Analytics Ltd. The following terms govern use by service providers who submit offers via the platform.
Status of the information
Version of 30 May 2026. The current version published on the platform at any given time is authoritative.
Pure intermediation
The provider makes available solely the intermediary platform. Contracts for work covering the trade or other service are concluded exclusively between the client and the service provider. The provider owes no services and assumes no guarantee for their performance, quality or freedom from defects.
Obligations and proofs of the providers
The service provider warrants that it is entitled to perform the offered services and holds the necessary authorisations, registrations and insurance. It provides accurate and complete information upon registration, keeps it up to date and notifies any changes without delay. Brokered request and client data may be used exclusively to handle the respective request.
Remuneration, term and liability
Remuneration for the trade or other service is paid directly between the client and the service provider. Use of the platform is governed by the pricing model valid at the time of registration; prices to commercial users are understood as net plus statutory VAT. The user agreement runs for an indefinite period and may be terminated by either party in text form with reasonable notice. The provider's liability is governed by the statutory provisions; the service provider alone is liable for the brokered services themselves.
